These tyres perform satisfactorily in the dry. They wear quicker than other tyres I have had. However today whilst driving at a reduced speed due to rainfall all 4 wheels lost contact with road surface due to water and I nearly crashed. I was driving in an extended following position and at a speed appropriate to the conditions like I have done so many times in similar cars on different tyres. I have now ordered a set of P Zeros despite the Bridgestone only having done 4000 miles. I want them off as soon as possible as thry are unsafe in heavy rain.

Had the RS stamped ones as oe for my 2019 megane rs 300 trophy. Great on track and really suit the car working with the excellent chassis. Downside is very hard tyre with the already stiff ride and poor in standing water. Had to drive at 40mph on a motorway due to standing water as the car was aquaplaning. Fantastic if your "on it" but a bit much day to day

I drive an Audi S5 boosted to 440hp and needed a tyre to cope. The Potenza performs extreamly well. I'm not sure about wear rates yet but its a soft tyre so not expecting high miles.

I purchased these tyres for my 5 series as they are on various websites. However my first set on the rear lasted 6000 miles. Contacted Bridgestones and spoke with their technical team who said these are a very high performance tyre and not designed for a 5 Series. They are really only designed for an 8 and anything other than an 8 will result in premature wear. My previous Michelin Pilot Sports which I feel are superior lasted in excess of 30000 miles. Not happy at all. Will not buy Bridgestones again. No website that sells these has that advice.
