Hello.
I just had the first service on my SUZUKI VITARA Hybrid 1.4 Style 2025.
I have 20,000 km / 1 year!
The garage noted on the invoice > "front tires to be changed in 5,000 km"!
This means that this set of tires will have lasted ... 25,000 km?
For long-lasting, economical tires - this is not normal.
I change cars every 2 or 3 years (I drive under warranty!) > I have NEVER changed my tires before 50,000 km - even sold the car at ... 60,000 km.
In your opinion, is 25,000 km on this vehicle "normal"?

<p>My recent experience with eco tyres is a bunch of ePrimacy, not on the same car.
Although the 6Q behave as designed on dry roads, I find them noticeably worse than eprimacy everywhere.
The positives: Road noise is very good and highway driving is pleasant on good tarmac, good centering. Consumption is good. They drive well on gravel/dirt and can take a bit of torture with rocks (if that's your thing).
They can also handle the S.European summers, did some 400+km trips @130km/h under 40C ambient, didn't notice anything weird.</p><p>the bad:
The steering feel is bad, I have a floating sensation.
At the slightest drop of water tyres become dangerous.
On bad city roads, ABS kicks in constantly (dry or wet).
I am swapping them out asap, won't drive a second winter on those. imo much worse than eprimacy and even the latter are not good tyres (all eco touring tyres annoy me).</p>

<p>These tyres were factory fitted to my 2023 Suzuki Swace (this is a Toyota Corolla Touring Sports 1.8 hybrid). Very low rolling resistance tyres so they helped with making my car really economical: 4,8 l/100 km. They lasted 65.000 kilometers. My only complaint is the high level of noise from the tyres.
Just replaced them with Michelin Primacy 5 Energy and the Michelins are so much quieter.</p>

You feel safe even on long roads. The grip on the road is very good... Recently, the ABS has started to kick in early... 53,600 km. I think that's enough. The service mentioned whether the discs should be changed. It could be that too. Comfort varies depending on the car, of course. I drive a B SUV. Still successful....
