GRANDTREK ST30

I have driven pretty fast om turns, and the tires griped the dry pavement very well. This is my second set of Grandtrek st 30 tires, and I never heard the tires screech on either set. On wet pavement the car moves slightly to the left or right when I drive over big puddles of water. The tires have great traction in the rain. The first set of tires lasted 74k miles. The 2nd and current set of Grandtrek st 30 tires has 38k miles.

Just bought them for Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.4L, it does have a great performance on the road. absolutely better than OEM bridgestone dueler.

These tyres have been on my 2012 Honda CRV from new. I have nothing else to compare them with. I am a very stable average driver and have just decided to change my tyres although they still have 3mm of tread left after 9 years. No problem with them at all and have always been comfortable, stable and quiet. Coming up to MOT time so changing for something similar with lower price. Considering your vehicle always gets you lower motoring costs.

Came as standard on new RAV4, can't handle the moderate power on this car (225PS), wet performance poor (C rating) really gives no confidence, lateral grip is moderate but traction poor, it doesn't feel with any confidence that its clearing water under the tread effectively at all in heavy rain, the steering often feels aquaplaning light. Dry grip is not too alarming but they squeal like a pig at even very normal cornering without any power applied leaving you muttering under your breath 'what the heck are you moaning about?' at them. It entirely spoils any enjoyment of the vehicle at all as its too embarrassing to drive at even a normal pace. Whoever at Toyota chose these should fall on his ceremonial sword in shame. Fortunately after only 20K miles they are shot and I cam get rid of them! yay!
