Sa37 XL MFS

Good value for the money. I'm trying some Falken this time, but might go back to Goodride.

Car came with a full set of these, newly fitted on purchase. They are cheap as chips yet performed absolutely fine in all conditions when driven in a calm manner.
I would have been happy with these except for one fact. After 3 attempts at balancing to counteract what was a notable wobble in the steering wheel, 3 of the 4 were spotted during balancing as being not 'round'....... binned them after 2000 miles....

I had hoped they would have lasted longer

I was used to building brands like Goodyear and Continental but given the layoff plans they made in France I turned to Asian tires like nakang, goodride, linglong. The SA37 is a very safe tire, good grip on wet ground and excellent on dry ground.
On average I do 8000km with a new set of tires on the front axle.

After putting these summer tyres back after the winter, I very quickly noticed a vibrating effect. At this point the tyres are only about 1000 km used. The vibration is caused by the tyres, which are not round. The tyres were clearly wobbling in the balancing machine, and causing the vibration to the car. A lot of people have had the same problem with this tyre, and therefore I advise to stay away from them. If lucky, you could end with somewhat decent tyres for the money, but I feel like it's not worth the lottery (and hassle). I'll get rid of these horrible tyres and get some better ones.
