ICE BLAZER ALPINE EVO1 (WSL3A1)

Fited on Bmw F10, RWD. Best on snow. id buy them again over and over. best budget tyre

Not bad for a low budget Chinese winter tire. There's a slight pitching notice at speeds above 90km/h, which is obviously more noticeable because I drive an electric car. But it's not that bad, and quite bearable. Rolling resistance is decent. Feedback not that good, and steering response is a bit slow. But for a set of 19" that costed 360e, you cannot really complain, no? If they can last for two seasons, I'd say it's absolutely best bang for the buck on the market right now.

After few thousands kilometers and all kinds of weather i have the next impressions: dry handling is nothing special, not unsafe but could be better; dry braking is excellent; on wet weather its quite the opposite - wet handling is amazing (really strange) and wet braking is bad. On snowy conditions, it handles good but braking could be better. Comfort is good, road noise is also good. Rolling resistance (fuel efficiency) - good.

Really good tire, very comfortable, grip is great, road noise is low, efficiency is good. Handling, when compared to the wintercontact ts 850 p is slightly worse, but only marginally, and the comfort is so much better, which is more important to me. They are about three times less expensive than the continental and about 2,5 times less expensive than the ultragrip perfomance 3. They are really worth it, if they can last at least 40 000 km, i will be very pleased. The climate i live in does not get a lot of snow or ice, maybe few days in the year so i can't comment on snow/ice grip but for these colder dry conditions, everything has been almost perfect.

Amazing tyres, I changed them from weared out Michelin X-ice xi3(soft rubber) to these(harder rubber) and what I can say they are amazing, in average I would give Michelin 7 stars and 9 stars to Sailun. I drove my car with Michelin for 6 years, It was average for ice, but not very good for very snowy or wet roads. Sailun was amazing in rough rainy and very snowy roads when driving was very difficult, so they are much better. For ice i would say they are same. I would recommend to choose Sailun, they are very good at their price. I only drived 1 year with Sailuns, so I can't discuss about wearing as Michelins lasted 6 years in average snow/rain performance.. :) I would choose these tyres again 100%
