What owners say
Tires were decent in the beginning - both in dry and wet. They did tend to spin a bit on pull off - even in the dry. They were on a 1.6l '92 corolla so it's not like they were overwhelmed with power.
The problem is that towards the end of life the performance deteriorated quickly. Stopping distance increased dramatically and wheels would lock much more easily. The car would also slide easily when cornering. The rubber is very hard now. There is still 2.5mm tread before the wear bars but i am replacing them.
