Stability at higher speeds and precision through corners come on top of that. One thing drivers often underestimate when buying: grip comes from a softer compound, and a softer compound wears faster. Where a standard tyre covers roughly 40,000 km, a sport tyre manages about 20,000 to 30,000 km — and considerably less with a sharper driving style or a heavier, more powerful car.

What owners say
I was veey doubtful while choosing. However, it is obviously clear that the tyre is exactly a p/p one. Strong wear, confident driving in dry, satisfactory in wet. My thought is that the tyre performance is between Continental and Goodyear. I am covering 30.000 km/year and any tyre stands for 2 years for me and any tyre is soft in first two years of its life. So no need to pay more. Also, design is so cool
