IK01 ION EVO

On my Tesla model 3 Highland. All good grip in dry and wet conditions, the handling is not that great. In the beginning really low noise, as wear starts to add up on the sides, noise increases

The braking was terrible. Stay away from it. It skidded on dry ground. The tires are very soft, but it leaned into corners.

I changed to the Hankook iON Evo after my tyre shop recommended it as a better choice, but I immediately felt a big drop compared to my previous Bridgestone Potenza Sport. The tyres feel slippery when moving off and even skidded on me during a right turn at around 60 km/h, which was quite dangerous.
While comfort and noise levels are decent, the grip and handling are nowhere near what I expected. I only used them for about 5 months, but I’ve already lost confidence and decided to replace them. It seems this tyre is really more suited for EVs, not for petrol cars if you drive a bit more aggressively.

Model 3 Rwd.
Fronts did 45k miles rear did 25k miles.
Could have pushed them more but became noisy at the end.
Efficiency amazing 180-190wh/mile. Cornering and traction amazing. Noise 2-3 dB lower cabin noise than my old PS4.
Amazing purchase.
Went back to them after having Continental Ultra contact NXT.
Strongly recommend. These are not the AS tyres.
AA traction and A temperature. 320 tread wear.

It's a good quiet and comfortable tyre for my EV, however the grip is quite limited compared to PS4 or PS5. A bit of an unfair comparison but I feel grip is the most important rather than comfort. Dry grip is just slightly above average, wet grip is average.
Was swerving to avoid an object on the road, the tyre screeched loudly and provided just barely enough grip during that situation. If it was ps4 or ps5 in the same situation, there probably will not be any screeching and would have plenty of grip left over.
