Stability at higher speeds and precision through corners come on top of that. One thing drivers often underestimate when buying: grip comes from a softer compound, and a softer compound wears faster. <p>Začal som na F1 Goodyear ale tie sa šialené derú tak som prešiel na rainsport 3 a z nich na 5 môžem povedať že mám momentálne 4 auta a na každom ich mám obuté proste pre mňa bezkonkurenčné. Mal som pasata b8 nového som kúpil na Michelinoch a za dva dni som ich predal a kúpil som uniroyal ... Nie je o čom najlepšia guma na vodu a oproti F1 aj nieco vydrží... 1111111</p>

Good tyre with very nice handling over wet spots which i do for fun but due to soft sidewall very poor at hard cornering and does develop flat spot every night.
At 30k km they are coming to an end of their life, in my case 40k km lifespan they have
have it only on my front wheel, they are really excellent in wet and big rain with a lot of water. also, i like the special design, looks so good. as mentioned, it's not sport track tyre for fast handling, but it could be because of SUV
I have an F11 BMW 530d Touring. I normally buy budget tyres as I'm not generally a fast driver. My previous car was a Vauxhall Insignia estate & I had to change tyres every year. However, after trying budgets on my BMW and finding rear grip in the damp & wet lacking I decided to get Uniroyal Rains ports after reading reviews. They have been true to reviews I read. These tyres are absolutely fine in the dry with grip & comfort being decent. The sidewalls are a wee touch soft which can lead to some slip in the dry if you're really motoring round bends but nothing unpredictable. It's in the wet they really shine though. I've had dozens of cars and these tyres are the safest & most planted I've used in damp and wet conditions. They just feel rock solid the wetter it gets. My greatest surprise has been their wear. I've done 18k miles and they still have 3mm on them. This is by far the most I've ever had tyres last. My wife's Kia Xceed came with Continental sport contacts on it and they were done at 11.5k miles!
