better and quieter in road noise than the Michelin, braking on rain or snow is very reassuring, they really 'hold' and grip the car on the road

<p>Overall very good tires for snow. I have a heavy vehicle with big tires (20 inch on sedan). Very good snow and ice grip. However they are quite noisy in the cabin despite BMW insulation.</p>

I usually drove the car with these tyres in snow, the snow performance was excellent. The tires were quiet, very comfortable nad low rolling resistance every time. I highly recommend LM005 for your car in the winter conditions.

Honestly, these tires are a complete disaster. The Blizzak LM005 turned out to be one of the worst purchases I’ve made. After a relatively short period of use, they wore down ridiculously fast — like they’re made of soap instead of rubber.
And the worst part: the tread became visibly deformed, almost warped. Because of that, the car started vibrating and feels unstable, especially at higher speeds. The driving feel? Like you’re riding on something that barely has proper contact with the road.
For a ‘premium’ product, this is a joke. Quality control is clearly nonexistent or they simply don’t care. I paid serious money for these and ended up with tires that feel ready for the trash after one season. Completely unacceptable.
I’m not someone who usually leaves reviews — in fact, this is the first time I’ve ever felt the need to write one. The only reason I’m posting this is to warn anyone considering these tires: think twice. I’m genuinely frustrated that I spent money on something this bad.

I’ve put many miles on them but only in 2 seasons… i run staggered, 245 40 18 amd 265 35 18 on a E400. On the front they were amazing but on back they had a lot of wear… Buut, i would definitely buy them again, they are very good.
