CINTURATO ALL SEASON SF3

<p>The PIRELLI replaced the CONTINENTAL ecocontact. I changed them because whether on dry or wet (catastrophic on snow), they did not suit me. No feedback at the wheel, poor in curves. The CONTINENTAL reduce friction with the road to decrease consumption, which also improves comfort and rolling noise compared to the PIRELLI.</p>

<p>15,600 km & 2 years update</p><p>I’ve now covered around 15,600 km (9,700 miles) on these tires, so I would consider them roughly at their midlife point.</p><p>I recently rotated them. Before the rotation, the front tires were down to around 5 mm, while the rear tires still had approximately 6 mm of tread. Based on the wear so far, I expect to get another 15,000–16,000 km out of them.</p><p>Their characteristics have changed a little as they’ve worn. The biggest difference I’ve noticed is the dry grip. Once the tread got down to around 5 mm, they actually started to feel better in dry and hot condition, giving me more confidence and feedback when cornering.</p><p>Another change is the noise. As the tires wore down, they seemed to become quieter. I noticed this especially after rotating them. With the tires that have slightly deeper tread now on the front, I can hear a small increase in road noise again.</p><p>Overall, I’m still very satisfied with these tires.</p>

<p>I have driven nearly 40,000 km on my Nissan Juke F16 with 225/45 R19 tyres, and I still feel confident when taking corners. I prefer a sporty driving style, but cornering quickly in an SUV is not always easy. However, the SF3 tyres make it easier and safer, especially in dry conditions, thanks to their excellent grip.</p><p>I have also driven in heavy rain and have always felt safe on wet roads. I have never experienced any tyre slipping in the rain. I have not experienced snowy conditions yet, but the SF3 tyres still perform well in temperatures below zero, just as they do in normal temperatures.</p><p>After 40,000 km, the tyres have started to show some wear, which is normal at this mileage. I am a little more cautious when taking corners now, but I am still satisfied with the tyres’ performance.</p><p>Comfort is slightly limited with 225/45 R19 tyres, although this is more related to the Nissan Juke itself. The suspension is neither soft nor hard—it is somewhere in between. With 19-inch low-profile tyres, potholes and other road imperfections can sometimes reduce comfort.</p><p>Overall, the SF3 is the best all-season tyre I have ever used.</p>

I had the SF2 on my previous vehicle. Being extremely satisfied with these tires, I chose their replacement, the Pirelli Cinturato All Season SF3. I found its ride comfort, low noise, and grip that has never let me down. As for their longevity, I've just reached 77,000 km and I'm going to change them because I'm at the snow indicators. I didn't rotate them because their wear has remained even. My trips are mainly on fast roads and highways. I highly recommend them!

<p>Performance on Wet Roads: Absolute top tier for highway driving. "Straight aqua" (hydroplaning resistance) is my #1 priority because I do a lot of high-speed driving on the highway where poor tires can easily make you float.</p><p>Real-World Experience: I previously had Goodyear tires that came with my brand-new car, and the front tires completely wore out in just 15,000 km (though I admit I forgot to rotate them!). With the Pirelli SF3, highway stability in heavy rain is fantastic.</p><p>City vs. Highway: In the city at 50-60 km/h, tire differences aren't as noticeable, but at high speeds through deep puddles, these tires inspire total confidence. Excellent grip and water evacuation. Highly recommended!</p>
